We screen new tenants, deal with day to day operations, we do repairs, painting, plumbing, decks, yard work, flowerbeds, grass cutting, snow removal and small construction projects.

We offer owners before and after pictures so you know exactly what the finished product is as we have many owners who live on and off Prince Edward Island.
